Flag project made from blocks

SHELL LAKE– The Shell Lake Public Library will host its monthly Makerspace Monday for adults on Saturday, June 29, at 11 a.m. and Monday, July 1, at 6 p.m. Participants will make wood flag blocks. All materials are provided. This is a free program open to adults only.

Participants may sign up for one date only. Limit 20 per date.

Pre-registration is required by stopping in or calling 715.468.2074 to sign up by Friday, June 28, and they can sign up themselves and one other person. With groups, each person should sign up individually.

The Shell Lake Public Library holds makerspace programs on the first Monday night of each month.

“What’s next month? What do YOU want to make?” the library said. “If you have ideas or requests, or have a hobby, skill, or a passion for making things that you would like to share, let the library know.”

That can be done on the Facebook page (Shell Lake Public Library), by stopping at the library, or by calling Shania at the library.

Upcoming programs can be found on the Facebook page or website, shelllakelibrary.org.
