Melvin Duane Gasper, age 65, of Lac Courte Oreilles, WI, died Saturday, May 6, 2023.

Melvin was born July 22, 1957, in Chicago, IL, the son of Mary “Cubby” Carley. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren teaching them how to harvest, ricing, pick boughs, and make baskets & wreaths. Melvin enjoyed playing Keno, singing and fishing but most of all he loved spending time with his family. He will be missed by all who knew him.
