Prison for meth

Joshua C. Quaderer, 34, 9693N Frogg Road, Hayward, was sentenced to five years in prison plus five years of extended supervision for felony possession of 3 to 10 grams of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, following a traffic stop on Froemel Road June 22. Dismissed but read in were charges of possession of three grams or less of heroin with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while revoked and felony bail jumping. He was assessed $518 costs, and must complete appropriate counseling and programming when on parole.
