Gwendolyn I. Sollee, 37, 16290 Village Kame Road, Cable, was placed on six years probation and assessed $518 costs for party to the crime of discharging a firearm at her ex-boyfriend’s house on Carol Drive in Hayward Jan. 22, 2019. Two 7.62 mm. bullets were fired from a vehicle at the house. The owner arrived home and found two bullet holes in the front siding. One bullet went into the attic and the other bullet went through the ceiling after striking a ceiling light.
Sollee was sentenced to 10 months in jail for felony criminal damage to property at the same house on Oct. 21, 2018. A related charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed but read in. The homeowner stated that Sollee had shown up at his house highly intoxicated and tried to kick in the door while screaming at him. She then took a large knife from a white Cadillac SUV and scraped both of his pickup trucks, causing severe damage.
Sollee was credited with 133 days in custody, was assessed $518 costs and is ordered to have no contact with the homeowner or co-defendants. The defendants are ordered to pay $1,191.60 restitution to the homeowner plus $3,856.33 to Wisconsin Mutual Insurance.
Richard L. Schmidt, 40, Newport, Minnesota, was placed on five years probation, including nine months to be spent in jail with Huber privileges, for party to discharging a firearm at a building in the same Jan. 22 incident. He was assessed his share of restitution plus $518 costs and was credited with 133 days served in jail. He is ordered to have no contact with the homeowner or co-defendants.
Jessica M. Myshack, 36, Superior, was placed on three years probation for felony substantial battery to a 47-year-old woman near a camper on Agency Road in Reserve on July 1, 2017. The woman informed an LCO police officer that Myshack approached her and punched her twice in the jaw. She had surgery for bleeding on the brain, which was diagnosed as being caused by blunt force trauma to her head.
Myshack was assessed $518 costs and must comply with any conditions imposed by the Dept. of Corrections (DOC). Charges of felony bail jumping, possession of THC and drug paraphernalia were dismissed but read in.
Drug trafficking place
Cindy Jo Roalson, 57, 15093W Hwy. 77, Hayward, was placed on three years probation for maintaining a drug trafficking place on Oct. 10, 2018. She must take any counseling that the DOC may impose and was assessed $518 costs. A charge of delivering 3 grams or less of methamphetamine was dismissed but read in, and a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed before her initial appearance.
Kenneth Roger Richards, 42, 16530W Hwy. 70, Stone Lake, was placed on three years probation for possession of methamphetamine at his residence Dec. 12, 2018. He was fined $1,079.25, must undergo an AODA assessment and any follow-through and maintain absolute sobriety. Charges of possession of THC and drug paraphernalia were dismissed but read in.
Colleen Marie Schlosser, 37, W3650 Hwy. 63, Springbrook, was placed on three years probation for possession of methamphetamine pursuant to a traffic stop of a vehicle in which she was a passenger on Hwy. 48 west of Hwy. F in Edgewater township May 11, 2018. She was assessed $518 costs and must take any counseling that the DOC may impose. Dismissed but read in were charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting or obstructing an officer.
Schlosser received three years of probation for felony bail jumping on July 24, 2018. Dismissed but read in were repeat offenses of felony bail jumping (two counts), possession of a firearm after being convicted of a felony and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Schlosser also received three years of probation for felony bail jumping on Aug. 25, 2018. She was assessed $518 costs. A second felony count of bail jumping was dismissed but read in.
Casandra Ann Kakazu 21, 13210W Bacon Strip, LCO, pleaded guilty to possession of 10 to 50 grams of heroin with intent to deliver on Feb. 14, 2019, at her residence. Dismissed but read in were charges of party to delivery of heroin, felony and misdemeanor bail jumping, resisting or obstructing an officer and driving while revoked.
The court ordered a pre-sentence investigation from the Dept. of Corrections. Kakazu’s bond was revoked and she will be sentenced on July 2.
Felon with firearm
Following a June 6 jury trial, Lloyd Oscar Olson, 60, 14724W Chapel Road, Birchwood, was found guilty of possessing a Ruger .22-caliber handgun in a vehicle on Hwy. 48 in the Town of Edgewater on Sept. 23, 2016, after being convicted of a felony. He will be sentenced on Aug. 19.
Phillip A. Trapp, 35, Ashland, possession of THC pursuant to a traffic stop on Round Lake School Road Jan. 8, 2018—$673.50 fine; plus obstructing an officer, 10 days in jail with Huber privileges, $443 costs. Charge of possessing drug paraphernalia dismissed but read in.

Taylor A. Smith, 29, Eagle Trace, Hayward, was placed on one year of probation and assessed $443 costs for domestic disorderly conduct in the town of Round Lake on March 19, 2019. He must take any counseling that the DOC may impose.
