The policy for virtual attendance of Sawyer County Board meetings was discussed at length at the board’s July 16 meeting at the courthouse.

Board Chair Tweed Shuman said the original rule on supervisors attending meetings via Zoom was that if a quorum was present both physically and virtually, they could choose to do so. However, Shuman noted the policy said supervisors could not attend more than three meetings per year virtually.
