Sheetpan Shrimp

Who doesn’t love a meal you can cook in one pan, where flavors meld together and clean-up is easier? The combination of ingredients are endless, making it simple to feed your hungry family a deliciously nutritious dinner.

This wonderful version, adapted from Cook’s Country, features shrimp (May 9 was National Shrimp Day) and can easily be customized with different vegetables. Fresh fennel isn’t cheap — substitute less expensive fresh radishes, or large chunks of bell peppers, zucchini or summer squash, if you wish.
