A medical helicopter lifts off from Hwy. 63 near Pfeifer Road north of Hayward Saturday evening July 2, carrying a victim of a multi-vehicle crash on the highweay.
The Sawyer County Sheriff’s Office today released details of a multi-vehicle crash Saturday evening July 2 on Highway 63 seven miles north of Hayward in which several persons were injured and three patients were airlifted from the scene. None of the injuries appear fatal at this time. The news release follows:
