LaVonne J. Reissner, 84, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 23, 2022, at Vitacare Living in Spooner.
She was born March 3, 1938, in Osseo, the daughter of Orrin and Jennie (Eide) Indrebo. She was united in marriage to Ronald Reissner on Nov. 1, 1957, in Osseo and the couple made their home in Hayward. LaVonne attended Osseo High School, graduating in 1956. She went on to Eau Claire Technical College and had successful 40-year career as a bookkeeper for various businesses. LaVonne retired in 2001 to spend time with her grandchildren and travel with her daughter, Laramie. She enjoyed singing with the church choir and the Hayward Community Choir and was a proud member of the Eastern Star. She loved bowling with her husband and with the ladies on their designated nights. She also enjoyed painting, crocheting, knitting and was a talented seamstress. She was a dedicated volunteer for the Hayward Hawks baseball team, spending many years barbecuing for the concessions. She would do anything for her grandchildren and often shared her love of gardening with them.
