Debra Kay Skar

Debra Kay Skar, age 62, of Mikana, WI passed away recently in her home.  Deb, as she was known to most, was born January 22, 1961.

Deb loved spending time with her family, reading, and rock collecting and working in her garden.  She was always there when you needed someone to talk to, needed a helping hand, or just wanted company.  She loved the outdoors and would go on frequent walks with her son and their dog.  Even in the worst of times Deb was there, helping to pick you up and get you back on your feet.  She will be deeply missed, not a day will go by that her family will not feel her absence.  It will be in those breezy summer evenings spent down by the Red Cedar River that we will feel the closest to her, knowing that she is looking down on us with the brightest of smiles.
