The potential effect of Governor Evers’ proposed changes to the University of Wisconsin School System will be discussed on The West Side on Monday, March 18 at 10 a.m. on 88.3 WHWC-FM/ Menomonie-Eau Claire and 88.7 WRFW-FM/ River Falls.

Host Rich Kremer will welcome James Schmidt, chancellor of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire; Bob Mayer, chancellor of the University of Wisconsin- Stout; Dean Van Galen, chancellor of the University of Wisconsin- River Falls; and Brittany Nielsen, the campus director for the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire-Barron County to discuss the impact that funding will have on UW campuses.

The West Side is a call-in program focused on issues specific to western Wisconsin.  The show airs on Mondays at 10 a.m. on 88.3 WHWC-FM/ Menomonie-Eau Claire and 88.7 WRFW-FM/ River Falls. Listeners may call in with questions and comments during the program at 1-800-228-5615.
