Ethan Weber's shot was challenged by Butternut player, Seth Scherwinski, during play in the annual St. Anthony's Boys' Basketball Tournament on Saturday, Nov. 15, at Chequamegon High School in Park Falls. Butternut won this eighth grade tilt against Chequamegon/St. Anthony's and went on to place second to Ashland Our Lady of the Lake. Chequamegon/St. Anthony's won the seventh grade tournament with a 2-0 record. Brent Beil of Chequamegon/St. Anthony's won the seventh grade free throw contest, sinking 9 of 10 attempts.
