PARK FALLS — The annual city Christmas Tree Lighting at Triangle Park looked bigger and brighter this year with a little bit more park and a lot more music and activity — including the arrival of Santa and Mrs. Clause in an ultra UTV, an American Legion Park Falls Post 182 color guard standing stoically in the cold throughout the activities, and live holiday music.
“I’m really glad that we can kick off the season like this with a nice community event to keep the tradition going,” said Terry Wilson, executive director of the Park Falls Area Chamber of Commerce. “It’s a nice big community event to come together and make it happen so everyone has a good time.”
