PARK FALLS — The parish of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church will host the St. Anthony School Century Celebration in conjunction with the Feast of Saint Anthony on June 4. The school closed in 2017 and the parish will soon make a decision on the future of the building.

The community is welcome and a special invitation goes out to former teachers, students and families, said the Rev. Shaji Joseph Pazhukkathara, pastor of St. Anthony. The event starts with a 9 a.m. “SASsy” 5K run/walk (registration starts at 8 a.m.) behind the school garage; a school tour at 2 p.m., then basket raffles and children’s games; a 4:30 p.m. polka mass, followed by a picnic meal until 7 p.m.
