Mr. Terry Miller has spent his entire career working with youth of all levels striving to improve in academics, athletics and who they are as people. There is no way to truly measure his impact he has made on his school and community over his 40-plus year career.

The one measure we can point to are student-athletes and fellow coaches who acknowledge they are who they are in part because of Mr. Miller. Mr. Miller volunteers, gives of his time, energy and knowledge to anyone who needs it, and does so with an incredible attitude. From competition to charisma, character to values, you will not find a better example of someone who has made a significant impact.

Wisconsin Athletic Directors Association Distinguished Service Awards are presented to a person who is recognized in the school and community as a supportive leader and who assists in maintaining athletics as an integral part of the total educational program. The recipient of this award has made a significant impact on the lives of student-athletes, athletic programs and or athletic facilities.
