Erica had wrestled with depression and anxiety for a few years. Weary of the emotional struggle, she took her life. Hoping to prevent others from ending their lives the way she did hers, her family suggests that memorial donations could be sent to The Bridge Rail foundation, an organization dedicated to ending suicides on the Golden Gate Bridge and elsewhere.
