Kya Coulter heard a lot from her dad while she was growing up about a fantasy tabletop roleplaying game that was all the rage in the 1980s.

A typical Dungeons & Dragons game involves paper, pencils, snacks and plenty of dice, which determine the outcome of just about every aspect of the game.
